FieldMetrix may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes in fulfilment of this Privacy Policy.
3. Marketing and Advertising: FieldMetrix may use Personal Information to send the user regular email newsletters, keeping the user informed of specials and offers. If we do so, each communication we send to the user will contain instructions permitting the user to “opt-out” of receiving future communications.
